Thank You for a Great Day
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Lincoln Head. It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout of crews, supporters, volunteers, and officials helping to make the event another successful day of racing on the Witham.
After a slightly uncertain forecast earlier in the week, we were pleased that the weather largely held off for us on the day. Conditions were reasonably fine and dry throughout the racing, if a little breezy at times, which still allowed for some excellent competition and impressive performances across the divisions.
A big thank you goes to all the clubs who travelled to race, the umpires and safety teams, and the many volunteers who helped with marshalling, timing, results, and running the event smoothly from start to finish. We would also like to give a special thank you to our fantastic catering team, who kept everyone well supplied with hot drinks, food, and much-needed energy throughout the day. Your hard work was hugely appreciated by competitors and spectators alike. ☕🥪
Events like Lincoln Head simply would not be possible without your continued support and enthusiasm. 👏
